How do I place an order online?

Each product page allows you to add that product to your Order by simply entering a quantity and/or size and then clicking the Add to Order button. Then you have the option of checking out or continuing to shop. The Checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your payment information and any special instructions. Checkout uses our secure server so your transaction information is safe.

How do enable pop-ups for this site?

By default, browsers display pop-ups that appear as a result of you clicking a link or button. Pop-up Blocker blocks pop-ups that are displayed automatically (without you clicking a link or button). If you want to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups, click here to learn how.

How do I find what I'm looking for?

You can use the Search box located in the upper left hand corner of the screen to quickly find products. Alternatively, the products are sorted by categories. You can view all products within a category by selecting its tab at the top of the screen.

What are my payment options?

This store accepts all major credit cards for all orders. You may also choose the Bill Me option, or use gift certificates for this store which you have received. All orders will go through a Supervisor Approval process, and you will receive email confirmations throughout the process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Lead times on all custom order merchandise vary. Due to current supply chain challenges, the estimated time for delivery of your items is 4-5 weeks from the time you place your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with your Order ID number and the details of your order. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order.

What is your return policy?

Custom order merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange, unless merchandise is defective. If merchandise has been deemed defective, immediate action will be taken to replace and/or refund the product based on the predetermined protocol.

What is your Overrun/Underrun policy?

Custom order merchandise for promotional products under $5.00 each may be subject to an industry standard 10% over/underrun. If you require an exact quantity, please contact us for further information.
