How do I earn reward points?

PRN Pharmacal will periodically operate promotions that will be announced in advance to participating participants. Each promotion can have different point earning criteria which will be communicated to the participants via email and printed materials. Enrolled participants who purchase qualified product(s) will earn points based on purchases during each promotion timeframe. Your PRN Pharmacal Sales Person will make sure you are enrolled and aware of the Program rules. Upon completion of the promotion, you will be notified via email of the reward points that have been added to your personal online account.

How will I know when I receive points?

Each time you are rewarded points an email will be sent to you. The email will tell you how many points you were awarded and the promotion for which they were earned. It is important that you entered an accurate email address for your account when you registered so that you can receive these emails.

How do I check my point balance?

A real-time status of your point balance can be found on the menu, under the main navigation.

Do my points ever expire?

At the current time, points are not scheduled to expire. If PRN Pharmacal should determine that points need to expire in the future, a notice will be posted on the reward site and you will receive an email stating that you have 60 days to redeem your points.

How do I order an award?

Each product page allows you to add that product to your Order by simply entering a quantity and/or size and then clicking the Add to Order button. Then you have the option of checking out or continuing to shop. The Checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your information and any special instructions. Checkout uses our secure server so your transaction information is safe. After you place your order, the total value of the award(s) you chose will be deducted from your point balance. Your Account Balance information will also be updated to reflect your order and you will receive an order confirmation email.

How do I find what I'm looking for?

You can use the Search box located in the upper left hand corner of the screen to quickly find products. Alternatively, the products are sorted by categories. You can view all products within a category by selecting its tab at the left of the screen.

Who do I contact if I want something I don't see on the site?

If you have a need for something you don't see on the site, you can contact our personal shopper to help you receive custom merchandise at 844-471-4790. You may also select the Personal Shopper button on the left navigation panel on the site.

How long will it take to receive my award?

All merchandise awards are shipped as quickly as possible from our manufacturers with most orders fulfilled within 3-4 business days. Due to current supply chain challenges, the estimated time for delivery of your award is 4-5 weeks from the time you place your order. Delivery times vary based on the product ordered, availability, manufacturer and ship-to destination.

You may use all major credit cards to pay the difference for any merchandise.

What is the standard delivery method?

Orders placed standard delivery are primarily shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with your Order ID number and the details of your order. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order.
