Tom's great-grandfather began a hide rendering business, well-known in the fur trade for honesty and integrity. In a 1939 article Tom’s grandfather said, "A satisfied customer is the best asset any business can have." Though the products and services have changed, our focus on customer service has not. This original safe has remained in our office since 1906 as a reminder of what we stand for.

Tom sold MMI's in-house cut and sew operation to his workers, giving them the opportunity to continue to produce locally made, eco-friendly cotton tote bags.

Tom started the Company in 1984 with his wife, Carol, because he recognized the value in offering fulfillment services of incentive merchandise. Within a few years, thanks to their expertise and outstanding customer service, they evolved into distributing and fulfilling logoed merchandise and apparel, amongst thousands of other promotional products. In his spare time, Tom enjoys volunteering and gardening. He has taught and coached swimming for over 20 years, and especially enjoys working with children who have special needs.
Lisa has been in the promotional products industry for 19 years. She began on the supplier side of the industry, which afforded her the opportunity to understand all aspects of the promotional products business. Since joining MMI, she has been a driving force in the growth of the company through creating efficient processes and automating systems. Her efforts reduced order processing time from 1-2 business days to 15 minutes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, camping, fishing and boating.
